Paintmania Pre-release 0.3 Patches

after Version 0.2 i found out it was less storage requirments even if i added a bunch of content, the reason for this is because i didn't package the whole thing, i just packages most of the things, so for V0.3 i packaged it properly and also for the rest of the pre-release version.

Because maybe if i didn't package the whole thing they might have bugs

and glitches.
